• Local boat transportation following the itinerary
• Lan Ha Bay entrance tickets
• Kayak and life jacket
• Snorkeling mask and breathing tube
• Local tour guide
• Travel insurance
• Fruits, light snacks, and 1 bottle of water

• VAT
• Personal expenses not mentioned in the itinerary

• Swimwear and extra clothes
• Water shoes or sandals
• Hat, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent
• Long-sleeve clothing for sun protection during summer

1. TOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION

• A tour booking is confirmed after the customer completes the deposit payment or full payment as agreed.
• Confirmation details will be sent via WhatsApp, Zalo, Email, or direct message.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS

For shared group tours:

• Cancellation made more than 72 hours before departure: 100% refund.
• Cancellation made between 48 – 72 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
• Cancellation made less than 48 hours before departure: No refund.

For private tours, customized tours, or private group services:

• Cancellation fees will depend on the services already reserved in advance, including boats, hotels, transportation, tour guides, and restaurants.
• The company reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit to cover actual incurred costs.

3. ITINERARY CHANGES

• We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary, timing, or destinations due to weather conditions, tides, safety concerns, or requests from local authorities.
• Any changes will be communicated to customers as soon as possible.

4. FORCE MAJEURE
   Including but not limited to:

• Storms, tropical depressions, rough sea conditions
• Natural disasters or epidemics
• Government restrictions or sea closure notices
• Safety incidents beyond our control

In these cases:

• Tours may be rescheduled to another suitable date.
• Refunds will be considered based on unused services only.
• The company is not responsible for additional expenses outside the tour program, including flights, hotels, personal expenses, or transportation costs.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customers are responsible for their personal documents, health conditions, and personal belongings during the tour.
• Customers must follow the safety instructions provided by the tour guide and comply with local regulations.
• The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior affects the safety of the group or violates the law.

6. GENERAL TERMS

• By making a booking payment, customers acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions stated in this policy.
• Any disputes arising will first be resolved through mutual discussion and cooperation.
• If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
