(Applicable to all tours organized by Chans Tiến Anh Company)
1. Booking Confirmation
By booking and making payment for a tour, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions issued by Chans Tiến Anh Company.
Guests are responsible for providing complete and accurate personal information at the time of booking.
Full payment (100% of the tour price) is required to confirm the booking. This payment serves as the legal basis for the execution of the travel service contract.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1. Day Tours
Refunds are only applicable if the tour is canceled before 12:00 PM (noon) on the day prior to departure.
Cancellation after this time, no-show, or early departure from the tour:
→ No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
2.2. Overnight Tours
Cancellation or changes after confirmation and payment:
→ 30% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Cancellation or changes within 15 days before departure:
→ 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Cancellation or changes within 10 days before departure:
→ 70% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Cancellation or changes within 7 days before departure, or no-show:
→ 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
3. Tour Price & Included Services
Tour prices are applied according to the price list published at the time of booking.
Included and excluded services are clearly specified in each tour program.
The company reserves the right to adjust tour prices in case of additional costs arising from objective factors such as changes in entrance fees, fuel prices, or government regulations.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must comply with the instructions of the tour guide, site regulations, and all safety rules.
Guests are fully responsible for their personal belongings, health, and any risks arising from failure to follow instructions.
Guests must ensure they are in suitable health condition to participate in activities such as trekking, kayaking, or agricultural experiences.
Participation is not permitted while under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol consumption.
5. Safety & Insurance
The company provides travel insurance for passengers in accordance with applicable laws.
Guest safety is always the top priority. The company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary if necessary to ensure safety.
6. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may be adjusted flexibly due to weather conditions, tides, traffic, or requests from authorities.
Such changes shall not be considered a breach of contract if they are made to ensure safety and tour quality.
7. Force Majeure
Force majeure events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, storms, epidemics, war, government restrictions, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.
In such cases, both parties will cooperate in good faith to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling the tour or issuing a refund based on mutual agreement.
8. Right to Refuse Service
The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to guests whose behavior causes disturbance, threatens safety, or violates the law, without any refund.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising shall be prioritized for resolution through mutual negotiation.
If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the current laws of Vietnam.
10. Validity
These Terms & Conditions take effect from the moment the guest books the tour and apply to all tour programs organized by Chans Tiến Anh Company.
