Itinerary
Discover Lan Ha Bay – The Hidden Gem of Cat Ba
11:30 – 11:40 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Cat Ba Town and transfer to Cai Beo Pier. Board the boat and receive a brief introduction to the day’s itinerary from our local guide.
11:50 - 12:50 Noon: Take a local boat through limestone islands and pristine beaches, admiring the unique landscapes shaped by nature.
O1:00 - 4:00 PM: Enjoy over two hours of kayaking with a local guide, navigating narrow passages that lead into famous limestone caves such as Ancient Capital Cave, Hidden Cave, and Tay Keo Cave. Inside, you’ll find a hidden saltwater lagoon with lush vegetation and stunning scenery, far away from the crowded tourist areas.
04:00 PM: Stop at a secluded beach to relax, swim, and watch the sunset.
04:30 - 5:30 PM: Dinner is served right on the beach, featuring vegetables–egg fried rice, seafood spring rolls, grilled meat, and grilled oysters. (Vegetarian meals or alternative options are available upon request for guests with food allergies.)
05:30 - 6:00 PM: After dinner, experience night kayaking to see bioluminescent plankton, then return to Cái Bèo to Visit the Cái Bèo fishing community, where locals live on small wooden fishing boats — one of the oldest floating villages in Vietnam.
06:40 PM: Arrive at the Local floating restaurant to enjoy beer and french fries — concluding a fulfilling day full of memorable experiences.

Important Notes for Your Trip
If your tour date coincides with low tide, we will kayak to explore Ancient Capital Cave and experience seafood harvesting such as green mussels, clams, rock crabs, shrimp, and octopus.
You should prepare water shoes or aqua sandals for safe movement.
If the tide is high on that day, we will take you kayaking to Hidden Cave or Tay Keo Cave, which are more suitable and safer during high water levels.
On rainy days or when high tide floods the beaches, we will hold dinner at a floating restaurant in Cai Beo Fishing Village, serving fresh and delicious seafood hotpot.
The weather in Northern Vietnam is currently unpredictable and can be quite chilly at times, so please bring appropriate clothing to stay warm.
We provide each guest with a 20L waterproof dry bag to keep your belongings safe throughout the journey.
