Itinerary
07:30 – 08:00: Cars and local tour guides pick up guests at hotels in Cat Ba town center, then transfer to Cai Beo Pier. Upon arrival, guests receive tickets, board the boat, and listen to a detailed introduction about the tour itinerary from the guide.
08:00 – 09:00: The boat takes guests to visit Cai Beo Floating Fishing Village (also known as Vung O Floating Village), home to more than 100 households living on floating houses nestled among majestic limestone mountains. The journey continues as the boat weaves through large and small islands across the emerald waters of Lan Ha Bay.
09:00 – 11:30: Guests take part in a hands-on fishing experience guided by local fishermen. While casting lines, guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful natural scenery of Lan Ha Bay. If lucky, guests may catch local fish species such as rabbitfish, grouper, seabream, mullet, or barramundi.
11:45 – 12:45: Lunch is served on board, featuring fresh seafood prepared from the fishing results, including seafood hotpot, shrimp, mantis shrimp, blue crab, grouper, accompanied by fresh vegetables, noodles, rice, and fruit, all enjoyed in the tranquil setting of Lan Ha Bay.
13:00 – 16:00: The boat cruises to Ba Trai Dao Islets, located in Lan Ha Bay and bordering Ha Long Bay. Here, guests visit a secluded beach and enjoy swimming, kayaking, or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).
16:00 – 17:30: The boat returns to Cai Beo Pier. Along the way, guests may have a chance to spot the rare Cat Ba langur. The tour concludes amid the beautiful sunset scenery over Lan Ha Bay.
6:00 PM: The boat will return to Cai Bèo Harbor, and you’ll transfer back to your hotel by car. The tour concludes.
